Returns Policy

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products.  You have 30 days to receive a full credit for the purchase.  We would like to know what is the reason for your return, but that reason will not affect the return.  After 30 days, it is our decision as to acceptance of the return and any credit that is issued.

For return, we will credit you credit card for the full amount of the purchase that is returned.  But it is your responsibility and cost to return the item to FAIRGRASS at 5711 S. Harper Avenue, Chicago, IL 60637.  Include the receipt or the purchase number in your return.  Once we receive the item, we will issue a credit to the credit card you used and send you a receipt of the credit transaction.
